All items are custom 3D-printed (FDM/resin) or made-to-order unless listed as ready-to-ship. Product images are representative; minor variations in color/texture may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

Orders placed through our website are confirmed via WhatsApp. Placing an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders retain the price agreed at confirmation.

For customizable products, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details (text, color, reference images) before confirming the order. Errors in customer-provided details are not grounds for exchange.

All designs, branding, and content on this site belong to Holokraft. Customer-submitted reference images for customization must not infringe on third-party copyright or trademarks.

Holokraft is not liable for delays caused by courier/delivery partners beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
